In response to the Covid-19 virus, we have implemented some special precautions in order to keep our guests as safe as possible.

Masks – we will be providing disposable masks for each of our guests upon arrival.
Outdoor Ceremony & Cocktail Hour – the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting, but fingers crossed). Our venue has a large wrap around deck and plenty of outdoor space, because as we know, being outside lowers the risk of transmission of the virus. In the event we have rain on our wedding day, we will be able to host our ceremony in a large indoor space, and will ask that each of our guests wear their mask during that event.
Cheering – while we do appreciate it, we are asking that whenever our guests are cheering, to please wear your provided mask in order to prevent airborne droplets that may contain the virus from being transmitted through the air.
Guest Seating – we are planning to space out our guests at tables as much as possible, and keeping family units together. If you do not feel comfortable taking off your mask indoors while eating, you will be able to go out to the deck area, where they have small bistro tables set up (although, seating there is limited).
Buffet Style Meal – instead of being served a plated meal, we are planning to have our food served buffet style. Each table will be going up one at a time to get their food, which will be served to them by an employee from our wonderful catering company (who will be wearing a mask and gloves).
Disposables – plates and barware will be disposable. We have also purchased brand new and unused silverware for our guests to use.
Transportation – instead of packing our guests on a shuttle bus, we have created an uber event for our wedding to help our guests travel to and from our wedding safely. We will provide our guests with a coupon code where they will be able to redeem $10 off their uber both to and from the venue.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
